The Opportunity 

We are on the hunt for a vivacious part time Assistant Store Manager to help us share the spirit of Australian Summer in our Bondi Beach store. You will be a fashion savvy leader with a strong focus on creating unforgettable customer experiences whilst fostering a supportive and fun work environment for your team.

A day in the life

• You will drive and motivate a team of up to 10 to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture 
• You will confidently deliver training on a regular basis to develop your team on exceptional customer service and styling 
• Ensure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards
• Rostering, security, stock and financial management responsibilities
• Lead and mentor your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand and to live and breathe the Seafolly story!

You will have

• At least 12 months experience in a management position
• Outstanding and professional communication
• A proactive, enthusiastic and energetic approach to you work
• Passion for building and leading an elite team!
• Take pride in your personal grooming
