They offer a collaborative company culture and an enviable, rewarding bonus incentive scheme to the effect of up to $35,000 per annum. Best of all, their Store Managers are offered fantastic support from head office whilst being accorded the autonomy to run all aspects of their local store.
As the Store Manager of this large format business, you will be responsible for managing a team of Department Managers in addition to a large team of indirect reports. Your daily duties will include store operations, managing the customer experience, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising/ store presentation, recruitment and selection and achieving sales growth whilst managing store expenses.
Ideally you will managed a large team within a Big Box or Department Store environment with a proven track record of success. You will be an energetic leader with a zest for retail and you will be driven to enhance sales growth knowing that you will be rewarded with a market leading bonus structure.
On offer to the successful candidate is a base salary of up to $75,000 plus superannuation (commensurate with experience) in addition to a very rewarding profit share scheme that can see you earn up to an extra $35,000 per annum.
