The role:
As the Store Manager you will support your team of 7 to hit KPI's and successfully achieve sales targets by leading from the front with your positive and empowering management skills. You will have a consultative approach to your customers while sharing the brand's quality and elegant pieces. Since our client offers casual wear to sleek and sophisticated corporate wear they are seeking an candidate who will deliver exceptional results as well as customer service.
To be successful in this role:
- Strong history of Retail Management within a luxury fashion brand
- You will have experience in leading a medium to large team size
- High level of sales experience
- Passion for the high end industry
- Have the ability to work in a KPI and Budget focused environment
- Past experience creating development plans
- The ability to manage high stock volumes and VM comfortably
- You will have worked to a wage budget in the past for rosters
- The skills in recruiting and training your team
- Experience in Performance Management
- You will be confident in reporting on Top Sellers, Slow Seller and store results
- You will have a great attitude and love people
