An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and proactive Store Manager to join the Bridgestone Australia team and manage the Wingfield store. Reporting to the Commercial Stores Manager – SA/NT/WA, the Store Manager will lead a large team while managing the sales and expense budgets. Essential to your success in the role will be the ability to work autonomously with high-level time management skills and personal discipline.
You will be responsible for maximising store and team performance through sales and business initiatives and will champion service excellence, compliance and safe work practices. You will be required to keep up-to-date with market trends, selling techniques and company policy along with identifying and coordinating your team’s individual training and development needs.
A strong sales and management background will be highly regarded. Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this exciting role. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
