Your main responsibilities:

• This role would see you working 4-5 shifts per week approximately 12-15 hours a week
• You will deliver a customer experience like no other - including developing strong relationships with local customers
• You will assist with day to day operations of the store including visual merchandising standards, cleaning, and actioning head office communications
• You will get to assist with in-store styling events and morning teas to showcase new products and seasonal launches

A bit about you:

• Ideally we are looking for you to have previous retail customer service experience - however if you have customer facing experience, or are a regular Black Pepper customer passionate about joining us we would still love to hear from you
• You will bring with you a track record of achieving set goals in your previous roles, and a motivation to achieve a personal sales target
• Your extraordinary customer service skills will second to none
• Your enthusiasm and initiative will be evident
• You should be able to commit to a shift pattern and some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
• Ideally you have had some experience with Microsoft Office, POS and EFTPOS facilities
