We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead and inspire 16+ stores across NSW.
You will be hands on and at the core of your business, leading from the front to deliver results in all operations, people and sales metrics. The ideal candidate will have previous Multi-Site Management experience within fashion boutique retailer.

- Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop teams
- 5+ years of retail operations experience.
- Previous experience in a high volume retailer
- High focus on training, development & succession planning
- A passion for fashion, styling and outstanding customer experience.
- Successful experience managing remote stores
- Demonstrates an organised approach to work with high attention to detail
- Operational with the ability to lead from the front
- Available to travel within the state & occasionally Interstate
