We are very excited to be working with one of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. On their behalf, we are currently seeking a sales associate to join their beautiful boutique.
The role of Sales Associate will see you instrumental in providing an exceptional level of customer service and seamless in-store experience.
Main responsibilities will include:
- meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- ensuring a seamless customer experience
- CRM activities, events and clientelling
- working closely with the store team and management
- providing exceptional service levels and product knowledge
- building relationships with new and existing clientele
We are looking to hear from candidates with:
- a strong knowledge of the local, luxury market (in particular fine jewelry or timepieces)
- at least 2-3 years' experience within a luxury retail environment
Excellent salary on offer + super + excellent bonus and commission structure
