This is an exciting new position, providing an opportunity to join the Vinnies Retail Team and work across our stores in the Perth Metro area. The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced, passionate, energetic and looking to take their career to the next level. 

This role will include travelling to various Vinnies stores across the Perth Metro area to support our current teams. The assistance you will provide to other stores will be to cover periods of leave, such as annual leave and sick leave, as well as training and coaching staff. This role is a full time position working Tuesday to Saturday each week.

In this role you will be responsible for the total control of the store from team management, achieving sales budgets, KPIs and delivering an amazing customer experience!

You will bring a "hands on" approach and be a proactive operator who leads by example and thrives on delivering outstanding customer experience. This is a truly unique opportunity to start your leadership journey with Vinnies.

ARE YOU THE ONE? We are looking for:

• Retail leadership and management experience with a real focus on people
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
• Business management skills with an understanding of key performance indicators
• Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results

Your rewarding role as Retail Rotational Training Manager will include:

• Managing the day to day operation of various Vinnies Retail shops on a rotational basis to ensure efficient running as detailed in the Retail Shop Operations Manual

• Training and inducting new shop managers in Vinnies retail shop policies and procedures
• Coaching and supporting our dedicated team of volunteers

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Ensuring the targets of your store are achieved in areas of sales, KPI’s and stock control management
• Implementing and maintaining Visual Merchandising concepts within Vinnies stores
• Assisting in opening new stores and refurbishments of existing stores
• Liaising with management on all aspects of store operations
