Casual Retail Advisor – AVEDA

We’re seeking a Retail Advisor who has a passion for delivering personal customer service. The successful candidate will have a passion for naturally derived products and will be a confident ambassador of the brand, products and culture of AVEDA.

• Be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow including high personal grooming standards, punctuality and reliability
• Willingness to deliver the Aveda high-touch service model (we will teach you this) to every customer every time
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve goals and targets
• Customer service background highly regarded, so if you are a hairdresser, beauty therapist, makeup artist or have experience in hospitality, banking or retail this is your ideal position
• Successful candidate need to have flexibility and be available to work retail hours (inclusive of late night trading and weekends).
