We have a senior Flagship opportunity for a highly detailed and polished Store + Assistant Manager who are passionate about delivering consultative customer service & creating interior solutions for the home.
Whether it is bed linen for the bedroom, towels for the bathroom, loungewear or home accessories that you absolutely love... Then this role is for you!
You will be highly operational as well as remaining focussed on exceptional customer service. You will lead by example on the floor, building & nurturing customer relationships.
People management & development will be a passion of yours as you will continue to flourish your staff into true brand ambassadors with potential to grow within the business.

You must have:
- Previous Store Management experience is a must!
- Experience with VM, stock volume
- Strong sales & KPI focus
- Ability to train & develop a sales team
- Exceptional sales and customer service ability
- A passion for premium homewares products & creativity
- A positive & enthusiastic attitude
- A creative flair to interior decorate!
