My exclusive client is Australia's leading travel luggage and accessories retailer that stocks the best brands. They are seeking a strong Store Manager who is ready for a new challenge and available to commence employment immediately.
They currently have two stores in WA with plans for a 3rd to open in the next three months and more on the horizon. This has created a Multi-Site Store Management opportunity that should not be missed!
The successful applicant will have a minimum of three years retail Store Management experience and must have a fun and friendly attitude with a will to want to succeed!
You must also be ENERGETIC and PASSIONATE. You will have proven ability in leading a team of high achievers towards meeting sales and KPI benchmarks and have excellent customer service skills. You will be sales focussed and motivated and in return you have the opportunity to advance your retail career.
The Store Manager's responsiblities will include but not be limited to:
- Stock control - this is a large part of the role and experience in this area is essential.
This will include receipts, unpacking, manual handling (large/heavy cartons) - Full team management
- Rostering
- Visual merchandising
- Achieve of sales budgets and KPI’s in your store
- Uphold the company policy and procedures
- Build the company culture in your store and being a positive brand ambassador
- Motivate, inspire, lead and empower your team
- Excellent delivery of customer service
- Basic admin tasks
