Charged with delivering a world class customer experience to our clientele, this exciting role will see you being responsible for overseeing all areas of our operation at Hobart Airport.

The successful candidate will be a highly efficient, well presented customer service professional with strong reporting and analytical skills.

The role requires someone that is customer focused and can demonstrate a hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.

Specifically you will be responsible for:

  • leading a large customer service team
  • making commercial recommendations based on your strong data analysis & reporting skills
  • exceeding customer expectations
  • reporting
  • staff rostering & training
  • process development and implementation
  • maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • ensuring a safe and happy workplace
