Charged with delivering a world class customer experience to our clientele, this exciting role will see you being responsible for overseeing all areas of our operation at Hobart Airport.
The successful candidate will be a highly efficient, well presented customer service professional with strong reporting and analytical skills.
The role requires someone that is customer focused and can demonstrate a hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
Specifically you will be responsible for:
- leading a large customer service team
- making commercial recommendations based on your strong data analysis & reporting skills
- exceeding customer expectations
- reporting
- staff rostering & training
- process development and implementation
- maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- ensuring a safe and happy workplace
