The role
We are on the hunt for a Loss Prevention Manager to join our Retail Operations Team. Reporting to the Loss Prevention Director, this role will see you develop and implement controls to limit shrinkage and other risks that inhibit profitability within our Nike owned stores.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing all aspects of our Loss Prevention programs to assist stores in reducing inventory shortage, cash shortage and shortage percentage
- Identifying, addressing and resolving external and internal theft issues
- Conducting regular Loss Prevention audits, visits and training on theft detection, risk management and crisis management in 10 stores, located in ACT, QLD, NSW, VIC and NZ
- Owning, planning and executing stocktakes and investigating stocktake reports
- Writing Loss Prevention reports and conducting trend analysis.

About you
Preference will be given to applicants who have:
- Previous experience in a related role within a Retail, Customer Service and/or Sales environment
- Investigation and interview skills
- Report writing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS office & Retail business systems
