The only thing missing is a new Showroom Manager to assist with recruiting and building a strong sales team. Is it YOU?
Are you the next Manager in our Max Sparrow network?
Our brand-new location is hot on everyone’s lips right now. With plans already in place, we are seeking to bring on an experienced Showroom Manager as early as August, in order to train and prepare for the new store opening. Well suited to a natural born leader with a passion for design, this position is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their true mark within a business.
What to expect:
- Establishing and maintaining adequate rostering and staffing levels, including assisting the Talent Acquisition specialist with sourcing and recruiting in the start
- Training in the Moore Park store for the full month of August, to get a strong feel of the product library and systems
- Driving business into the Max Sparrow store, achieving individual and store KPIs
- Creating a positive and inviting luxury retail space for customers
- Working closely with the Product Manager and Business Manager to ensure smooth running of the store opening and performance
- Motivating and training sales staff to ensure they meet sales targets
- Demonstrated experience as a Showroom Manager / Store Manager in a furniture environment (with extensive cluster/area experience if from a fashion retailer)
- Experience managing and allocating monthly rosters for a large team
- Strong ability to build rapport with high-end customers, and a knack for teaching others how to close the sale on the spot
- True passion for Interior Design and/or luxury retail brands
