Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Propose optimal merchandise departmental sales and OTB budgets
- Develop and manage seasonal merchandise plans
- Evaluate merchandise category performance and identify trends
- Signed off plans based on thorough seasonal analysis
- OTB and range plan Management
- Review and replan OTB regularly with regard to sales, markdowns, purchases and stock levels
- Review weekly sales forecasts
- Manage markdown expenditure
- Merchandise Management
- Identify and review core-line products with respect to delivery timing and quantification
- Evaluate Gross profit and margin
- Forecasting and budgeting
To Be Successful You will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with a fashion label
- High level of analytical skills
- Planning and organising skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Leadership and people management skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Strategic planning skills
- Financial management skills & knowledge
- Open to Buy management skills
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience in retail management roles
- Experience in financial management including reporting, benchmarking and analysis
