CEX Retail Store Assistant Manager
We have an exciting position for a part time store supervisor for our Mt. Druitt, Napean & Hornsby Store!
About us
CeX is a retailer that deals in all things digital. Phones, Games, Computers and Electronics, thats our business. CeX is a unique two way retailer that only deals in trade-ins. The customer is our supplier, so good customer service skills is a must.
About the role
As our business is growing, we are looking for people to join us. CeX stores are fast paced and organisation skills are required. We embrace all management styles! Task Master? People person? Motivator? Sales gun? There is value for everyone! What can you bring?
CeX is not for the faint hearted. Organisation is a must as days can be unpredictable.
Our daily structure is loose as we allow management to take ownership of in-store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for Leading, motivating and mentoring your team
- Primary focus on driving Buys, sales and exchanges.
- People, performance, training and development of a medium size team.
- The ability to coach and problem solve
- Personal drive and self-motivation in achieving store & individual sales budgets and KPI's
- Outstanding communication & leadership skills.
- Experience working visual merchandising plans.
- Reporting directing to your operations manager
- Implementation of Store daily planning
- Ability to see the bigger picture

Necessary Skill set and Experience
- Management experience
- Proven experience in a fast paced environment
- Interest in technology (desired)
- Experience and understanding of merchandising principles
