What are we looking for!
We have a stunning flagship store in Castlereagh Street, Sydney and we need an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our Scotch & Soda team.
As Store Manager you will be second in charge and need to lead by example helping to drive the team to exceed company expectations.
We need a team that reflects the values of the brand and consistently exceed the high service expectation that is expected by our customers but is taken as a given by our people.
To join us in this role you will need
- Retail experience in the Fashion Industry
- Store Manager / 2IC Retail experience
- Leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional Customer Service
- An understanding of our brand and values
- Ability to motivate and work well in a team
- Have worked with KPIs in driving a business to success
