The Successful Candidate:
We are searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Assistant Store Manager for our Tweed City/Tweed Heads store to assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and take ownership of the store in their absence. We are looking for someone who:
- Is a self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with customers and team members
- Driven to succeed and achieve store targets/KPIs
- Has a vibrant and bright personality
- Can actively engage with members of the public and encourage them to take a hearing test
- Has flexible working hours – 7 day flexibility is desirable

The Duties:
You will be required to:
- Actively encourage customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing and use the Touch Screen Test;
- Schedule and follow up appointments for potential customers to meet our Clinician
- Drive sales and KPIs with the team
- Provide support to the customer, Clinician and Store Manager
- Build rapport with new and current customers;
- Ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager.
