Total Tools Malaga is currently hunting for two expert Retail Sales Specialist who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an opportunity to utilise your current skills and experience within a store that focuses on your growth and development.
You will be dedicated to working and growing in our industry and willing to learn or expand your skills in sales and customer service. You will conduct all interactions in a highly professional manner and be a reliable member of a close and highly motivated sales team.
If successful, you will provide high-quality customer service and contribute to a sales culture in a retail store. You will ensure customer satisfaction through your exemplary product knowledge, customer service and ability to offer solutions.
Our customers are professionals who make a living using quality tools. When it comes to tools they look to us for professional advice, service and solutions.
Immediate start.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing sales transactions
- Providing advice and information on products
- Handling customer queries and offer solutions
- Maintaining store displays
What is required:
- Strong work ethic and commitment to premium customer service
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong computer literacy
- Capacity to take ownership of small projects/tasks and see them through to completion
- Ability to change work priorities rapidly and repeatedly
- An ability to work autonomously, as well as return to and complete tasks
- Experience in selling tools is not essential but will be highly regarded
One role will be offered as Friday - Tuesday, the other must be flexible to work across a 7 day trading roster
