Located at the Melbourne Airport, we partner with innovative, international beauty houses that represent many well-known brands. To ensure success, we are looking for an experienced, confident and creative Beauty Advisor to join our Dr. Jart+ team. This position is part time, at 30 hours per week.
As we are located in a dynamic airport environment, you must be able to work on a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday between 5:00am and 12:00am, 7 days a week.
To be considered for this position, candidates will ideally display:
- Previous skin care / cosmetics sales experience in a luxury retail environment
- Energy and drive for selling and ensuring a great customer experience
- Ability to deliver on and exceed set KPI's and targets
- The ability to work in a fast paced and continually changing environment
- An outgoing and vibrant personality and excellent communication skills
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills will be highly regarded
- Must hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one
