An exciting, rare opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Visual Merchandising Specialist to join the world’s magnificent and contemporary Italian high jeweler, Master of colored gems, BVLGARI. Reporting to the Merchandising & Visual Merchandising Manager, this role supports the business in ensuring the right management of the display material and creative installation for all in store and out of store events & exhibitions.

Key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure Visual Merchandising strategies implementation locally creating and maintaining high quality of visual displays in point of sales and in outside windows to contribute to the store sales and profitability results.
- Control quality of visual implementation and status of stores (Props set-up, store set up etc) through store visits, training and regular photo analysis.
- Define display material quantity calculation managing the propos stock, display verification and order management preparing Visual order proposals to share with the central Visual Merchandising and packaging dept. (props, display replenishment for standard store refill or new opening).
- Manage and support the new openings through orders placement, follow up on delivery and proper installation.
- Supervise personally the setup on field (travels and overnight work) for all stores in the geographical area & others when needed or provide set up instructions via e-mail/call to store managers.
- Responsible of set-up (timing every 20 days/one month in store, plus fairs, exhibitions, events) working with store managers and store sales staff.
- Manage all Visual projects, support through all market’s needs.
- Coordinate and supervise window installations and displays.
- Maintain and meet budgets for all in-store visual displays and installations.
As the successful candidate you will have a driven and charismatic personality with a 'can-do' attitude. You will have previous experience in visual merchandising and be an approachable and adaptable individual, who enjoys working in fast pace and evolving environments.
