Do you have a passion for customer service, beauty and health care products? Are you fluent in Chinese? We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable, Chinese speaking Retail Professional who is keen to take on Team Lead responsibilities and head our Distributor Service Centre based in Macquarie Park.
You will supervise a small team of Experience Center Representatives with responsibility for providing professional and personal care to our distributors, both in English and Chinese. You will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager, Pacific Region.
You are a warm, engaging and personable professional, who excels at making customers feel welcome. You pride yourself on not just giving customer service, but giving a wholesome customer experience the moment somebody walks into the shop. You deal well with different personalities and can adjust your style accordingly. You keep your head cool, even under challenging situations.
THE ROLE
- Provide professional and high-level face to face customer service, both in English and Chinese
- Research and resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding products, programs and services
- Resolve escalated issues from Experience Center Reps
- Supervise experience center staff
- Accurate cash handling
- Inventory and stock control and upselling products
- Ensure the presentation of the showroom is kept to a high standard
- Assist with organisation and promotion of events, training sessions and other meetings
- Work 38 hours per week, including some Tuesday evenings and Saturdays
