This is a great opportunity for an experienced Store Manager. You will have the opportunity to work closely with your Area Manager to drive the business at our ALICE SPRINGS store to succeed in terms of profit, customer service and team performance. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Essential - at least 2 years experience as store manager in a high volume apparel retail environment
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs as well as a proven track record of sales success
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage the performance and development of a dynamic team
  • Strong experience in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating rosters
  • A passion for the retail environment, exceptional customer service skills and a sense of personal style and presentation
  • Drive the store merchandising and marketing initiatives
