Reporting to the Warehouse Manager + Planning + Distrubtion Team Online Fulfilment Manager will slot effortlessly into our dynamic team, be customer centric, detail orientated and understand the nature of working in a fast fashion business.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…
Some of the key accountabilities of the role will be;
- Plan, develop, organise, direct, manage + evaluate personnel, operations and budget of the Online warehouse
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods
- Proactively resolve work related problems and prepare + submit progress and other reports
- Random checks of warehouse performance and accuracy of picking and packing orders and allocations
- Direct, coordinate, assign, monitor and review the work of individuals engaged in online warehouse related duties
- Anticipating + planning future capacity requirements
- Training + recruitment of staff
- Communicating with customers + suppliers
