My client is an iconic, well-known fashion retailer that also operates a very successful chain of Designer Kid's stores.  Expertly designed, their offer is described as: imaginative, playful, fun, individual.  Combined with their main stores, they are large enough to offer their team a structured work environment with fantastic opportunities for progression, and a culture which is dynamic, fun and energetic.

The role of Assistant Store Manager is very important.  Taking ownership of the store, you will drive your team to run a successful business.  Leading by example, you will motivate the store team to exceed customer expectations and

maximise sales opportunities.  

Key responsibilities will include:

• ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service
• leading the team to exceed KPI's and sales targets
• being well organised ensuring effective stock processes are in place
• implementing powerful Visual Merchandising standards

Successful candidates will have previous similar experience in an Assistant Store Manager position within a fashion retail environment.  Strong preference will be given to those who have previously worked within kidswear retail or have an affinity with this product category and customer.
