The role of Store Manager in this fantastic business is very important. Overseeing the profitable operations of the store, the key purpose of the role is to lead your team to create amazing customer experiences.
Major accountabilities include:
- LEADERSHIP- be an ambassador for the brand, inspire high performance, lead by example, and effectively communicate expectations
- SALES- drive efforts to exceed budgets and KPIs, communicate targets to your team, and identify performance opportunities and coach accordingly
- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE- ensure your team are friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and provide coaching and leadership to drive continual improvement
- PEOPLE- effectively communicate, ensure team members are immaculately groomed, and assist in the recruitment, training and induction of new team
- OPERATIONS- complete rosters to wage targets, ensure various administration tasks are completed accurately and on-time, and ensure VM, stock control and security is in accordance to guidelines
