Established almost 6 years ago, Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery is the busiest tourism business in the Yarra Valley with weekly visitors in excess of 15,000. Set on 40 acres just outside Yarra Glen township, the Chocolatiers produce all of our chocolate products, desserts and ice creams on site and on view to our customers. We have a large all-day café and an extensive showroom with thousands of chocolate products on display.
We are looking for a hands-on people manager to lead and develop our showroom team. The role will be action packed, in an environment that will be busy and fast paced. You will need an eye for detail, a very high-level customer service and enjoy working side by side on the showroom floor with your team.
This is a permanent full time position working 5 days per week including most weekends and public holidays. The Showroom is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm every day of the year (except Christmas Day).
