A great opportunity is available for an experienced retail leader to run our Western Sydney University Richmond campus store. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic leader who can demonstrate proven experience in driving profitability, retail merchandising, operational excellence, outstanding customer service and inspirational leadership. 
  
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your role will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience with a unique and iconic retailer within a fast-paced sales focused environment.
 
A high level of merchandising skill and experience is a must, with an attention to detail and ability to progressively react to changing stock varieties and levels.
 
You will lead and develop a small team, represent our culture and focuses in store, and develop these values with your team.
 
Along with previous leadership experience you will also:
