We are seeking highly driven and energetic Stock Controller / Back of House Manager who has exceptional time management and communication skills to join this brand new store opening at the Perth Airport DFO.
As the Back of House Stock Manager, your key responsibility will be to ensure productive management of product and overall operational excellence to assist the Store Management team in maximising sales and profit.
You will need to have a high degree of business operations experience, excel in driving your team to achieve great success and have the will to want to exceed all expectations!
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Provide direction to the Back of House team around daily priorities for stock to floor and delivery processing
- Plan and manage stock deliveries, ensuring door to floor time frames are adhered to
- Effectively manage all stock including write offs in line with company guidelines
- Investigate negative SOH weekly and action accordingly
- Train all BOH team members
- Ensure that maximum stock availability is delivered through effective management of replenishment systems
Skills and Experience Required:
- Solid experience as a Stock Controller/Team Leader
- Previous factory outlet experience will be beneficial
- Sound knowledge of Visual Merchandising and Operations both at front and back of house
- Be an excellent team player who enjoys motivating, coaching and mentoring your team
- Have great communication skills with both your team and exclusive clientele
- Excellent understanding of fashion and the retail environment, including trends, fashion and competitors
- Ability to liase with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- You love fashion and have a strong knowledge of our brands
