About the job

As a Macpac Area Manager, you will be based in Sydney.  Your Area will include NSW, ACT & QLD stores.

Your primary role is to build exceptional teams & develop technical experts who offer a lasting experience for our Macpac customers.  Your priority will be to coach the Store Managers & teams in your store network with the goal of growing sales and profitability of their stores.

Responsibilities include;

• Achievement of sales & KPI targets 
• Recruit & train teams
• Uphold VM standards
• Conduct quarterly store audits
• Support & drive the Macpac culture

• obtain previous experience in analysing reports/data for strategic business planning

• be quality-driven and focused on meeting organisational objectives
• have the ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, high pressure environment
• obtain a current drivers licence and have own vehicle
