The Role: 
As Assistant Store Manager you will be reporting and supporting the Store Manager in store operations, sales, financial growth, team management and ensuring the highest level of service is provided. This role will also see you:  

  • Support the Store Manager in leading and guiding a team of dedicated and driven retail experts
  • Complete operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM and reporting
  • Lead by example in championing genuine and personalised service experiences
  • Contribute to the achievement sales and KPI targets
  • Actively promote the brand as a Nine West ambassador
  • Foster a supportive and high-performing team environment


The Requirements:

  • Proven retail (fashion) management experience
  • Unconditionally high standards of management and customer service delivery
  • Proven experience in the strategic selling skills
  • Ability to foster a team culture of collaboration and communication
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead by example
