Winning Appliances is seeking the services of an experienced and motivated retail sales professional for our Crows Nest showroom. The successful applicant will join one of the country's great retail businesses and provide exceptional service and satisfaction to our customers through the provision of the right products, advice and service to ensure their every requirement is fully met. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 
• Providing exceptional customer service;
• Developing and maintaining selling, service and product knowledge skills;
• Achieving Sales targets;
• Following up and ensuring all customer enquiries are resolved to the 
  absolute satisfaction of the customer;
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with Supplier, Architects,
  Designers, Cabinet Makers to initiate and develop sales opportunities; and
• Assist/Contribute to providing an exceptional standard of Visual
  Merchandising by ensuring product is properly displayed and set out, the
  showroom is immaculately presented.
 
 The ideal candidate will:
 
• Have previous experience in the retail sales environment, and preferably
  from a kitchen appliance, whitegoods, bathrooms and/or electrical industry
  background;
• Be motivated, committed and passionate about retail sales and providing
  exceptional customer service;
• Have a consultative - not hard sell - approach to selling;
• Possess strong communication skills;
• Have solid understanding of POS systems ;
• Strong follow up skills; and
• Be a team player. 
 
We work on a 5 day roster however Winning Appliances are open 7 days a week, therefore working some Saturdays and some Sundays are mandatory for all Sales Experts.
