About the Position:
Working closely alongside the Pharmacist Manager in managing the dispensary and front of shop, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience with your hands-on approach.
- Using your flair for visual merchandising to create appealing displays and maximise sales.
- Driving sales and controlling store expenses including wages and shrinkage
- Monitoring and driving budget and KPI achievement
About You:
To be successful in applying for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following:
- Previous experience working in retail management
- Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
- Pharmacy product knowledge
- POS and dispense program knowledge
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft programs)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Punctuality and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills & empathetic nature
- Friendly, professional image
- Ability to take on a wide variety of tasks
- Availability to work across store trading hours including Saturday mornings when required
