We are seeking a Full-Time Location Manager who is a passionate leader of people, promotes culture, delivers the highest standards of customer service and aligns their behaviours to our company’s values to join our busiest Simplicity branch in WA located in Osborne Park.
Actively engaged in the local community, the Location Manager will have a strong focus on developing the business, be results orientated and ensure the provision of a quality service to our clients, embracing and advocating the company culture and brand standards.
The successful candidate will excel in the following areas:
- Strong capability in people management skills, able to effectively manage a team and to attract, motivate, develop and retain high performers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate upwards to CEO and outwards to the community
- Effectively manage costs and maintain high P&L performance
- Good commercial acumen with a track record in delivering strong results and financial KPI’s
- Great experience in marketing and networking to the local community
- Ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be physically fit and able to support funeral operations
- Availability to work after hours and weekends
- Unrestricted Driver’s license
- Sensitivity to circumstances involving grieving people, their values and beliefs
- The capacity to be at ease with death and the expression of grief
