We are looking for a passionate manager to drive our brand, lead your team with exceptional levels of customer service whilst  committing to nurturing your team to play a critical role in the success of our Belrose Store.

To succeed in this role you will

• Have previous experience managing or co-managing a retail store
• Have exceptional leadership skills- you can coach, motivate and inspire a team to success
• A positive and inspiring role model
• Employ exceptional customer focus and service
• Be able to drive sales and team KPIs
• Have experience in recruiting, inducting and training new talent
• A desire to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives
• Able to multitask - balance customer care with daily duties
