The School Locker Ballina are seeking an enthusiastic salesperson specialising in Music and or Technology. This role is hands on and requires strong sales and customer service skills.

 The successful applicant must:

• Be highly self-motivated and a results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skill  
• Have a passion for retail and enjoy working in a team environment
• Have a high level of sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales targets and budgets
• Have flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one prior to commencing employment.

 Skills and Experience we require:

• Experience in a customer focused retail business 
• General Technology and Music product knowledge to support customer queries 
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Well versed in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Understanding of merchandising, stock rotation and packing shelves
• Ability to use a company created staff application to undertake training and keep up to date with company announcements.

Interest in or experience with Uniforms, Sport or Stationery would be an advantage but is not essential.
