About the role:
Supreme/Ailiving is seeking experienced Sales Professionals and if you are senior+ level, Store Manager is for you.
- The key focus of this role is to maximise sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
- This role is for the hungry sales person, eager to take your skill and energy into an environment where you can earn an outstanding income for your hard work.
- Meet and exceed all personal and store targets and KPIs
- Maintain the visual merchandise standards and keep the showroom immaculately clean at all times.

Selection Criteria for salesperson
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably with high ticket items such as Luxury Retail, Furniture Sales, Kitchens Sales, Jewellery, Interiors or other high-ticket sales categories
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Immaculately presentation, suitable for a Furniture showroom environment
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays and take days off through the week
- Physically able to lift and move furniture as required occasionally
- You must be legally entitled to live and work in Australia

Experience in managing a Small team
Full Profit and loss analysis and business acumen
Product Performance analysis
Success in a similar format retail environment
Strong performance management experience
The ability to work autonomously
