Flagship Store Manager
Who are we?
The Lip Lab is a pioneer within the beauty and cosmetic industry. Our philosophy is ‘Everything is Customisable’ and to that we live by. We custom blend lipstick, lip gloss, foundation and concealer and will be adding new and exciting, never before seen products to our menu in the coming months.
We opened the doors to our flagship store in Paddington NSW in 2015, and have since grown to over 18 locations across Australia and internationally.
The Store Manager role is integral to supporting our ongoing success and growth. We’re seeking a talented, creative, experienced, people and customer focused manager to lead by example and create an enjoyable environment for team members and customers alike.

Roles and Responsibilities
In addition to general store management duties, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
- Lead with a focus on strong people management
- Assist in identifying sales and growth opportunities
- Maintaining the highest standard of in store presentation, culture and atmosphere
- Build a team that is empowered to and driven to exceed targets and KPIs
- Provide leadership, training and assist in developing the teams capability
- Drive a customer centric culture
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in managing a team
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate individuals and teams
- Experience managing the performance, training and development of a team
- Experience in managing stock and generating efficient rosters
- A passion for makeup and the cosmetic industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
