We currently have an exciting opportunity available at our Rockingham store for a motivated and customer focused Full Time Store Manager.

To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate:

• A passion for Sales, Customer Service and Foot Locker product
• A track record of consistently achieving above budget sales and profit results
• The desire and ability to lead and develop your store team.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills, as well as the confidence to engage with customers and fellow team members.
• Exceptional organisational and problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to control shrinkage.
• The ability to follow and effectively convey to your team the company's policies, procedures, and standards (including Health and Safety).

Preferred candidates will have had:

• Previous experience working in the sales retail/fashion industry.
• Previously held a managerial or 2IC position.
• Previous experience managing a team of more than 10.
• A track record of consistently achieving above budget sales and profit results.
