Australian Skin Clinics Watergardens want ramp up our clients customer experience! As the Receptionist, your role is to greet every client as they are standing at the door, looking at products or waiting in the reception. We want our clients to feel special and to receive the right advice around the needs for their skin and their skincare. We want them to feel welcome and part of the Australian Skin Clinics brand. The ideal candidate:
- Qualified or studying Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- Strong retail sales experience
- Highly energetic and confident
- Warm and engaging personality
- Motivated and extremely well presented
- Proficient in the use of technology
- Superb listening skills
- A proven track record in delivering an amazing customer experience
- Passionate about seeing clients results
The Role:
- Greet and engage clients in the clinic
- Engage clients that are browsing the brochures
- Shopping centre promotion work on behalf of the clinic
- Consult with the clients around their skincare needs
- Consult with clients regarding their skin and what treatments would be most appropriate to address their concerns
- Ensuring that all clients are cared for after treatment
- Assisting the therapists in ensuring that the client is cared for when they have finished their treatments
- Taking payments, ensuring that the client is booked in for their next treatments
To be an integral member of our high calibre team, you must have the ability to listen to our clients and understand their needs and ensure that you are booking them in for consultations or maybe talking to them about products that they need! You would need an understanding of skin science.
