CSG Australia are looking for a fashion savvy Department Manager ready for the opportunity of a lifetime.

Do you tick these boxes?
- An Assistant or Senior Department Manager with minimum 3 years experience. Menswear experience preferred but not essential.
- Proven sales record and experience working with KPI's as an individual and part of a team is essential!
- Hands on experience creating and adapting rosters.
- Looking for someone who loves to coach and mentor their team.
- Confident with Visual Merchandising, Stock Control/Stock Taking and retail store operations.
- Must have looked after a team of 5+ staff. Do you love training your team? This is a hands on role requiring a dynamic and passionate leader.
