The Role
Working as an Embroidery / Retail assistant at RSEA, you can expect your day to be fast paced and filled with variety.
Your day may consist of having responsibility for production, productivity and quality control of our embroidery services. Face to Face Customer Service, assisting with online orders, stock replenishment, assisting account managers, following up on back orders, just to name a few.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Assist the Manager with the day to day operation of the store
- Maintain Good Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation
- Assist with Achieving store budgets
- Strong Skills for retail, production and process.
- Independent, self-starter who can prioritise and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision
- Preferred knowledge and experience, though not essential using Barudan embroidery machines in there full capacity. Training will be provided to the right candidate
- Strong Numeracy and Literacy Skills
- Strong general Computer skills along with the knowledge of embroidery program Wilcom.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Experience using a POS system
- A passion for customer service and sales
- The ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Honesty and Reliability
- Experience with Stock handling and Merchandising
This role may involve weekend work
