THE ROLE:
As an outstanding leader, you will be responsible for delivering growth, maximising sales and profitability, providing your team with a motivating and supportive environment. You will constantly drive performance and ensure ongoing training and development to all of your team. We are seeking a Manager who has a hands on approach who can hit the ground running.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a portfolio of 7 stores within a premium Menswear Fashion retailer
- At least 2-3 years’ experience within an Area Management position
- Exposure to P & L reporting, performance managing & in depth store financials
- Driving sales targets, wage and cost control, monitoring KPI's
- You must have proven experience in either premium, high end or fashion focused environments
- Experience in developing and growing successful stores
EXPERIENCE:
- Must have experience working within a fashion retailer
- Senior Area Manager or Junior State Manager level
- Experience in managing 5-7 stores is a must
