The Role
You are responsible for the success of the store. This is going to be a busy but exciting role, where no 2 days are the same. You are passionate about customer service and developing your team. You are a strong visual merchandising and can drive in-store promotions. Treat the store as your own, where only the best matters in all aspects of operational activities. You are hands on, energetic and committed to the team and the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximising sales growth of store
- Ability to create, build and maintain customer loyalty
- Offer and lead exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experience
- Leading and motivating your team to achieve targets and KPI’s
- Create excellent store presentation standards through implementing visual merchandising and in-store promotions
- Managing store rosters, margins and wages
- Inventory control and managing loss prevention
- Team training and development to ensure a high performing sales team
- Create and develop a positive, vibrant working environment
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and passion for providing excellent customer service
- Experience in leading and develop a team through your consultative approach
- Flair for merchandising and in-store promotions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of KPI’s and sound business acumen skills
- Passion for the brand and the industry
- Previous experience managing in a fast-paced Retail environment
