About the role

Due to an internal promotion this rare opportunity as Store Manager in the Flaghship Perth Boutique has become available. Managing an established team of 20+ luxury sales professionals your role will be to bring your sales expertise to build, develop, train and mentor your team to exceed sales and profitably in the Perth Store.

As part of a strong global team you will play a key part in building the business though establishing both internal and external relationships, maintaining a positive culture and taking ownership and accountability for the Store's performance.

Skills & experience required to be successful in this role:

  • A minimum of FIVE years sales management experience in retail at a multi-site or similar luxury retail environment
  • Proven experience in managing the achievement of sales results, through excellence of customer service
  • Experience in client development, lead generation and managing internal and external key stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Energy, passion, ability to bring fresh ideas and have a laugh along the way
  • Professionalism, integrity, honesty and fairness
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience in various roles as needed by the business (i.e. able to work on the sales floor, in operations & business development)
  • A university degree is preferred but not essential
