A large manufacturing and service business is seeking an experience and suitable qualified Regional Franchise Manager for to join their growing business located in Bayswater, Western Australia. The business has a national and international presence and has a strong track record of growth, innovation and diversification in order to meet the challenges of modern manufacturing business management.

The role of Regional Franchise Manager –WA will be responsible for delivering support to the National Franchise Manager and the greater business in the following ways:

  • Analyse and report on market changes and developments including new products, competitors' products, and other general market information of interest or value to customers.
  • Inform customers and franchisees of supply and pricing trends and advise the customer on their inventory control in relation to their stock holdings.
  • Ensure that customer expectations are being exceeded and where necessary manager customer complaints and warranty issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and Implement marketing programs and strategies to support sales targets each franchisee and independent customer in region to achieve overall target for region.
  • Support and develop franchisees engagement with their customers to maximize business opportunities, including assisting in business plan development to achieve store growth and success. 
  • Identify geographical areas of weakness and actively seek franchisees in those areas.

 

In order to be successful the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within the following fields

  • Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit and puts success of team above own interests.
  • Able to build morale and prioritise group commitments to goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Able to set and maintain high standards of quality and diligently apply and accept responsibility for quality control.
  • Be process driven and meticulous in detail
