The role…
As a Stockroom Associate, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the Stockroom to ensure both the sales floor and the stock room run efficiently in order to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.
Reporting to the PUMA Retail Store Manager, you will:
- Responsible for all stockroom processes;
- Organize the stockroom setup efficiently, following the global rules, guidelines and policies;
- Responsible for organizing and fulfilling the replenishment of the store;
- Responsible for all stock transfers, send outs and take in, and ensuring their correctness and reporting discrepancies;
- Directly responsible for loss prevention and operational compliance within stockroom;
- Prepare and execute stock takes and audits;
- Training the employees on stockroom processes;
- Maintain physical condition of Stockroom according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner;
- Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment; and
- Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
About you…
You're a team player with a passion for sport and fashion, all the while passionate about making sure our store runs as smoothly as possible.
If you have…
- One to two years of Stockroom experience in a fast paced, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record;
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed all Inventory and Shrink goals;
- Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrates effective communication, ability to present information to large groups;
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively;
- Have good communications and relationship building skills; and
- Be fair, honest, positive and creative
