Job Title: Warehouse Assistant / Shipping Clerk

Job Classification: Casual
Hourly Rate: $24.73 (incl. loading)
Superannuation: 9.5%
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Location: Enagic Australia Pty Ltd, Suite 15, 33 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113

Position Description:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the processing of product orders (picking, packing, processing payment, consigning packages using Australia Post eParcel, TNT & DHL).
You will be required to answer incoming phone calls regarding status of shipments, as well as troubleshoot errors when they occur.
You will be required to maintain inventory levels of stockroom, and prepare our products for sale.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
This role requires heavy lifting (25kg max) approximately 4 times per month.

Skills/Attributes:
- Monday to Friday availability (35 hours per week)
- Strong work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to work towards daily deadlines
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Good problem solving skills
- Good numerical skills
- Good telephone manner
- Previous experience in order fulfilment and/or shipping preferred (but not essential, as we provide training)
- Access to public transport (Please note Macquarie Park train station will close 30th September 2018)
