We’re looking for a Department Manager, Operations to join our Team in the very successful Nike Auburn store – which is in the Top 3 Nike stores in Australia/NZ!
 

Reporting into the Store Manager, you will:

• Lead: unit the team around Nike’s mission
• Coach: provide feedback to elevate the team
• Drive: assist the team to achieve our targets by unlocking their potential
• Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
• Delivery operational excellence: ensure payroll compliance, create rosters and zone charts, facilities management, HR and Loss Prevention programs, adhering to cash management standards, and managing break room communications
   

Ideally you will have:

• A passion for the Brand/Sports
• Minimum 3 years general retail experience, minimum 1 year supervisory
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Sound computer and MS Office proficiency.
