About the role:
New opportunity for a Manager in Training to join the team within their Mildura store has come available.
This role is for an individual who already has some high volume retail management experience and is now ready to take that next step into a Senior Management role. You will be learning and working under the Store manager, thriving to reach budgets and hit company bench mark KPI's. You will understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service everyday and be highly organised.
Skills and experiences:
- Previous Retail Management within a high volume retailer
- Experience of managing larger team sizes
- Lead and provide ongoing support, training and development for your team
- Outstanding customer service standards
- Strong understanding of rostering, managing budgets and kpi’s
- Stock control and great time management
- Maintain store presentation including visual standards up-to-date with new catalogues
- Excellent communication skills
- Dedication and passion to succeed and grow within an company
